Solution Delivery Lead - Software Implementation

Location: Remote, with residence in New Jersey or willingness to relocate to New Jersey

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 base salary annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, deployment, testing, and support of cloud-based web systems for large-scale energy efficiency programs.
• Translate business goals into software configuration requirements and delivery roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, software, and program delivery teams.
• Develop and communicate project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Organize and maintain databases for data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting.
• Assess project progress and develop solutions to new issues and changing market dynamics.

Requirements

• New Jersey residence or willingness to relocate to New Jersey
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in software engineering or technical program management.
• Demonstrated success managing technical projects.
• Strong understanding of energy efficiency programs, demand-side management, and energy efficiency measures.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills, with an interest in sustainability.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial or residential electric or natural gas utility energy efficiency programs.
• Experience managing customer enhancements, integrations, data-source changes, vendor changes, or other post-implementation initiatives.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure management and serverless environments.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.
