Tier 3 Engineering Leader (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year, plus a $20,000 quarterly performance bonus tied to bookings and actual invoice profit.

What you will do

• Guide and coach a group of six seasoned consulting engineers.
• Shape the strategic vision and expansion of the infrastructure consulting practice.
• Act as Incident Commander for significant customer events, coordinating communication, resources, and executive briefings.
• Partner with Sales throughout the customer journey and contribute to consultative and solution-selling initiatives.
• Champion and launch AI and next-generation technology initiatives across Managed Services.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and senior leadership to improve service delivery and business growth.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience overseeing senior consulting engineers in a managed services environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure across networking, security, collaboration, data centers, and cloud.
• Track record of building and maturing a consulting engineering team.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with Sales and supporting client-facing initiatives.
• Confidence leading critical customer incidents and communicating with executives.
• Excellent communication skills with an engaging, personable style.
