What you will do

• Guide and coach a team of 6 seasoned consulting engineers.
• Shape the strategic vision and expansion of the infrastructure consulting practice.
• Act as the Incident Commander for significant customer events, managing communication and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with Sales across the customer journey using a consultative, solution-selling approach.
• Champion and launch AI efforts and next-generation technologies across Managed Services.
• Coordinate with engineering and senior leadership to enhance service delivery and business growth.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience overseeing senior consulting engineers in a managed services environment.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, security, collaboration, data center, and cloud.
• Proven track record of building and maturing consulting engineering teams.
• Experience collaborating with Sales on client-facing initiatives.
• Confidence in steering critical customer incidents and communicating at the executive level.
• Must be based in the US (Sponsorship not available)
