• Experience building complex B2B software products.
• Ability to hire, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talent.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade across diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the tech stack: TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP) and data tools like BigQuery, MongoDB, and Postgres.
