Compensation: $155,000 – $195,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end procurement for high-value contracts including infrastructure, product, and data partnerships.
• Lead commercial and legal negotiations to secure favorable pricing, SLAs, and risk protections.
• Partner with Legal to drive contract reviews and manage vendor redlines.
• Develop annual budgets for third-party spend and track actuals against forecasts.
• Manage the renewal calendar and provide visibility to budget owners on spend trends.
• Lead vendor business reviews to ensure alignment on strategic value and deliverables.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of closing high-value, complex infrastructure or data agreements.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost modeling and spend optimization.
• Ability to operate at the executive level and translate technical requirements into procurement strategy.
• Exceptional project management skills for handling multiple high-stakes negotiations simultaneously.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS and data licensing agreements.
• Familiarity with privacy, data protection, and compliance standards like GDPR, SOC 2, and DPA.
• Background in scaling procurement processes at fast-growing tech companies.
