What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for ~$120M+ in Corporate Services spend.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, execution, and renewals.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to deliver measurable cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Establish and manage supplier performance through KPIs and regular business reviews.
• Collaborate with executives and internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
• Act as a change agent to advance procurement capabilities and optimize company-wide processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's in a business-related field preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement with direct experience in Corporate Services.
• Proven track record of leading change efforts and producing sustainable procurement results.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and related systems, specifically SAP Ariba and SAP Concur.
• Strong ability to negotiate, manage, and enforce procurement agreements.
• Ability to collaborate productively with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
