Salary: $169,150 – $230,000 (depending on US region)

What you will do

• Own sourcing strategy and commercial execution across logistics, warehousing, freight, and returns.
• Lead RFQ, RFP, and competitive bid processes, including supplier selection, pricing negotiations, and contract terms.
• Deliver measurable cost reductions through supplier benchmarking, cost modeling, and vendor negotiations.
• Establish KPIs and supplier scorecards to track performance and lead regular business reviews.
• Partner with Logistics, Finance, and Operations to align sourcing decisions with business priorities and launch timelines.
• Standardize sourcing processes and commercial documentation to improve scalability.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations, RFQ/RFP management, and contracting.
• Experience sourcing logistics, freight, warehousing, 3PL, or returns services.
• Mastery of global trade compliance and ability to integrate cost tradeoffs into strategy.
• Must reside in the US (candidates from AK, DE, IA, MS, NE, SD, VT, WV, WI are not considered).

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics, medical devices, or complex physical product environments.
• Familiarity with contract manufacturing, tariffs, regulatory requirements, and Incoterms.
• Experience managing suppliers across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Knowledge of procurement, ERP, and supply chain systems.
