Senior Product Manager Edwards (Cryopumps)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Edwards product company in Haverhill, Massachusetts, USA, combining remote work with on-site presence.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year for applicants in Massachusetts, USA, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Develop product strategies, market requirements, business cases, and roadmaps for the CTI cryopump and compressor product family.
• Lead new product introduction activities and represent marketing in cross-functional product development teams.
• Analyze portfolio KPIs, profitability, product costs, quality, and lifecycle status to identify improvement and obsolescence initiatives.
• Engage customers, account teams, application engineers, and senior leaders to understand market needs and communicate product value.
• Coordinate product marketing collateral, training, change control, compliance, and launch documentation.
• Benchmark competitors and drive technology, engineering, and cost-reduction projects; other product managers or specialists may report to the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in marketing or product management within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven product management and product lifecycle management experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to work in the hybrid arrangement with on-site presence in Haverhill, Massachusetts, USA.
