Global Senior Director, Product Management (Liquid Cooling)

Location: Remote from the United States; Carrollton, Texas. Requires a valid US passport and domestic and international travel 20%–30% of the time.

What you will do

• Define the global product vision, portfolio architecture, investment priorities, and roadmap for liquid cooling technologies.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from market opportunities and customer validation through development, launch, growth, and end-of-life.
• Translate customer, market, competitive, and technology requirements into product specifications and development priorities.
• Partner with engineering, sales, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, service, finance, and regional leadership on commercialization and global deployment.
• Establish product performance, cost, quality, reliability, pricing, profitability, and time-to-market targets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global product management organization while coordinating global and regional teams.

Requirements

• Valid US passport and driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, business development, engineering, or related technology leadership.
• Experience developing and managing complex technology products and portfolios, with strong product lifecycle, commercialization, and portfolio strategy knowledge.
• Experience leading global teams and managing products across multiple geographic markets.
• Proficiency with PLM, NPD, roadmap and requirements management, project portfolio management, business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in data centers, HVAC, thermal management, liquid cooling, semiconductor infrastructure, or power infrastructure.
• Experience working with hyperscalers, colocation providers, OEMs, system integrators, or major data center customers.
• Advanced degree and experience with controls, monitoring, BMS/DCIM, connectivity, telemetry, software, and data requirements.
