What you will do

• Define and take long-term ownership of the ESG strategy, commitments, and operating plan.
• Build AI-driven workflows to automate reporting for CSRD and RFP/security questionnaires.
• Manage CSRD readiness, data collection, and produce disclosures in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
• Model and track the climate footprint of compute and datacentres, staying ahead of efficiency trends.
• Establish the GHG/carbon accounting model and manage the carbon offset programme.
• Represent the company on sustainability calls with client leadership teams, CXOs, and partner groups.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related compliance/operating role.
• Deep fluency in AI and datacentre climate footprints and efficiency trends.
• AI-first mindset with the ability to automate reporting (CSRD, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi, RFP).
• Working knowledge of CSRD and GHG accounting.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with CXOs and partner groups.
• Preferably a background in MBB or top-tier strategy consulting.

Nice to have

• Experience building and leading a tech company's ESG strategy from scratch.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise-sales environments where ESG credentials impact deals.
