What you will do

  • Act as a thinking partner to the CEO on market scanning and pressure-testing corporate strategy.
  • Maintain a detailed view of the UK retail investor segment using customer data and market research.
  • Shape the business model and monetization strategies across the value chain.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing leads to prioritize commercial bets and roadmap decisions.
  • Develop commercial theses for paid products, including pricing and tiering models.
  • Prepare strategic inputs for fundraising efforts and board materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting, VC/PE, corporate strategy, or a high-growth fintech.
  • Deep knowledge of UK retail investing, ETFs, and the investment-platform landscape.
  • Proven ability to build LTV/CAC, payback, and scenario models from scratch.
  • Familiarity with UK regulatory requirements, specifically FCA Consumer Duty.
  • Strong track record of delivering recommendations adopted by senior leadership.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London

  • Experience contributing to fundraising or board materials.
