What you will do

• Conduct individual alcohol and drug abuse counseling and group sessions.
• Orient patients to treatment programs and provide intake, readmission, and follow-up counseling.
• Collect patient information and develop, revise, and document treatment plans.
• Provide referrals, crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and care coordination with community providers.
• Deliver and attend required staff training, participate in program development, and support caseload management.
• Perform OBOT services and maintain compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• CADC or LCDP certification is required.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment planning, human behavior, and social services.
• Ability to make sound decisions, handle confidential information, respond quickly in stressful situations, and seek supervisory guidance when needed.
• Compliance with applicable federal and state certification, licensure, degree, and regulatory requirements.
