What you will do

• Perform vital signs, health assessments, TB testing, and blood specimen collection.
• Process and ship laboratory specimens accurately and safely for diagnostic testing.
• Coordinate exam scheduling, annual physicals, and monthly testing lists for patients.
• Maintain laboratory supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Manage clinical documentation while safeguarding patient confidentiality and health information.
• Collaborate with clinical team members on laboratory testing and patient care.

Requirements

• Active Medical Assistant certification in the state of South Carolina.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with exposure to substance use disorders and mental health conditions.
• Physical ability to handle prolonged standing, bending, and stooping.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Experience with phlebotomist procedures.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and computer skills.
