Compensation: $45 per hour

What you will do
- Perform home-based diagnostic services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, ECGs, and diabetic retina images.
- Navigate to patient homes using modern mobile technology to manage daily schedules.
- Build professional and compassionate connections with a diverse range of patients.
- Ensure medical samples are correctly labeled and coordinated for delivery to labs or shipment facilities.
- Operate autonomously to provide low-acuity care while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements
- State required licensure and/or proof of training (Nurse, Phlebotomist, or Medical Assistant).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and current Vehicle Insurance.
- Reliable personal transportation for traveling to patient homes.
- Ability to physically navigate homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 lbs.
- Pass a national background check, DMV check, and valid clinical license search.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital stethoscopes and diabetic retina imaging.
- Ability to apply latest evidence-based practices in a professional setting.
