Logistics Support I - Crossborder Intermodal

What you will do

• Manage customer invoicing, billing cycles, charges, accessorial requests, and account requirements.
• Maintain accurate account records and resolve billing inquiries and disputes promptly.
• Prepare weekly account summaries and escalate non-responsive customers or carriers.
• Collaborate with account operations, accounting, and other internal stakeholders to resolve account issues and support profitability.
• Support new customer onboarding, maintain policies and procedures, and complete assigned special projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail and Sheets, and standard Microsoft tools.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Solid customer service experience and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve problems proactively.
• Ability to research data, prioritize tasks under pressure, manage risks, and maintain structured records.

Nice to have

• Experience building constructive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and broad-factor evaluation skills.
