Location: Juarez, Nuevo León, Mexico; onsite with rotative shifts

What you will do
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and dispatch operations.
- Manage employees handling, storing, and dispatching products, systems, and services.
- Establish and adjust work procedures according to production schedules and workflow.
- Maintain departmental work instructions and computerized inventory and retrieval systems.
- Enforce company, health, safety, and security procedures.
- Build teams, train employees, and monitor performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Team Leader.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Knowledge of IMMEX and CITIPAT programs, inventory control systems, and 3PL methodology.
- Fluent English required.
- Effective communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
