Air Import Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Supervise air import operations and ensure compliance with company policies, customer procedures, and government regulations.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, process flow, productivity, capacity, and service metrics.
• Onboard, mentor, review, and develop employees while coordinating workloads and mandatory training.
• Support customer proposals, pricing alternatives, routing solutions, business transitions, retention calls, and customer reviews.
• Build vendor relationships with airlines, trucking companies, and other service providers while evaluating performance and corrective actions.
• Support billing, accounts receivable, vendor payments, credit procedures, and intercompany accounting discrepancies.

Requirements

• Two years of industry-specific qualification, according to country requirements.
• Knowledge of company policies, logistics products, services, systems, and the market and competition.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
• Emotional resilience, initiative, autonomy, openness to feedback, integrity, and a proven supervisory attitude.
• Ability to complete at least 52 hours of relevant training annually.
