Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (Office attendance required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $205K – $238K

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across web, desktop (Electron), mobile, and backend services.
• Influence technical architecture, state management, and API design for high-traffic distributed workflows.
• Collaborate deeply with Product and Design to shape requirements and resolve technical ambiguities.
• Champion UX craft, accessibility, and polish to improve the user experience based on metrics.
• Raise engineering standards through improved testing, observability, and code health.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, low-ego engineering culture.

Requirements

• Strong fullstack experience working across distributed systems and multiple layers.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from scoping to launch.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Design to manage risks and scope.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Agile and scrappy mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in San Francisco, CA.
