Location: Remote within England, Germany, Italy, Portugal, or Spain. hirify.global does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Salary: €70,700–€101,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Design and deliver advanced webinars, live builds, architecture deep dives, workshops, and structured technical learning paths.
• Create reusable proof-of-concept frameworks with clear success criteria, reference architectures, demo environments, and implementation walkthroughs.
• Produce advanced technical assets including recordings, architecture guides, blogs, and reusable demos.
• Provide architectural guidance on secure build pipelines, container governance, software supply chain integrity, and AI agent execution environments.
• Act as a technical escalation point for non-support questions and partner with Sales Engineering and Post-Sales teams.
• Surface recurring customer friction, governance gaps, and adoption blockers to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Hands-on expertise with hirify.global, container ecosystems, secure software supply chains, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud-native architecture.
• Experience designing and executing structured PoCs with defined success criteria.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to senior engineering audiences.
• Strong written communication skills and experience creating technical blogs or other deep technical content.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML development workflows, model packaging, reproducibility, and governance in containerized environments.
• Experience with AI coding agent runtimes, sandboxed execution, MCP tool governance, hirify.global SBX, or MCP Gateway.
• Knowledge of SBOMs, artifact signing, provenance, vulnerability management, policy enforcement, SSDLC, DevSecOps, and NIST or EU AI Act guidance.
• Experience building reusable labs, demo frameworks, reference architectures, or customer-ready technical kits.
