Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX to attend monthly in-office meetings and annual training sessions.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Provide hardware and firmware deployment support for network appliances.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform data analysis to resolve system problems.
• Assist customers with the configuration of network infrastructure, virtualization, and third-party integrations.
• Manage and update customer tickets, serving as the primary point of contact for technical concerns.
• Contribute to Knowledge Centered Services (KCS) by documenting solutions and participating in technical discussions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX
• Two years of experience in B2B Technical Support (this is not an entry-level position).
• In-depth knowledge of the OSI Model.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure routing and switching concepts.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments with reliable attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unix/Linux-based operating systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and tools.
• Familiarity and comfort with JavaScript.
• Networking certifications such as CompTIA Network+.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+.
