Intermediate Support Engineer (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Resolve technical issues for Self-managed and SaaS customers via Zendesk, merge requests, and video conferencing.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Infrastructure teams to fix bugs and shape the product roadmap.
• Contribute directly to the source code and create updated technical documentation.
• Participate in regular on-call rotations for weekday and weekend emergency support.
• Develop internal automation tools for troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Support the hiring process by reviewing applications and conducting interviews.

Requirements

• Experience managing the full customer support lifecycle from triage to resolution.
• Strong Linux systems administration knowledge (LFCE or RHCE equivalent).
• Ability to use scripting languages (Ruby or Bash) and MVC frameworks (Ruby on Rails).
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Serverless technologies.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
