Location: Onsite at 28010 Eucalyptus Ave, Moreno Valley, California, United States. Wednesday–Saturday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM; rotating shifts and non-traditional hours may be required.

Salary: $70,400–$83,000 base salary, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan.

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop more than 30 warehouse associates and fulfillment leads.
• Review forecasts, set productivity requirements, and balance labor with other Area Managers.
• Track operational metrics including units per hour, pick and pack performance, receiving and shipping timeliness, merchant SLAs, and injury rates.
• Ensure training, task assignment, performance accountability, employee engagement, and daily timecard approval.
• Improve workflows while maintaining safety, quality, hygiene, contamination-control, and OSHA compliance.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and support fulfillment-center and shift excellence.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of people management and operational leadership experience in a high-volume 3PL fulfillment environment.
• Experience managing performance, delivering feedback, training employees, and developing talent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerBI, and TMS systems, with strong analytical and KPI-tracking skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, stakeholder relationship-building, and ambiguity-management skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and non-traditional hours onsite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and push or pull throughout an 8–10 hour shift.
