What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of associates and leads to ensure high engagement and safety.
• Oversee daily fulfillment center activities, including productivity tracking and KPI management.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA safety programs and regulatory standards.
• Execute process improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools.
• Collaborate with other managers to optimize labor allocation and shift efficiency.
• Train and develop team members to enhance skillsets and resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Proven track record of ownership, accountability, and driving results.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.

• Experience managing a team of 20+ hourly employees.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Industry experience in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
