What you will do

• Own end-to-end transportation processes from warehouse collection to final customer delivery.
• Manage the carrier portfolio through performance reviews and operational readiness.
• Lead continuous improvement and growth initiatives to optimize logistics operations.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to monitor and develop key transportation KPIs.
• Support cross-functional teams including Customer Care, Warehouse, and Product.
• Assist in capacity planning, market research, and sourcing new carriers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, or Project Management.
• Master's degree in Business, Management, Transportation, or a technical field.
• Fluent English and French (verbal and written).
• Proven experience in scoping and delivering complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a data-driven approach to prioritization.
