What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations with domestic 3PL partners to ensure timely order processing.
• Monitor, analyze, and enforce SLAs and KPIs, including order accuracy and on-time shipping.
• Optimize outbound fulfillment operations, covering picking, packing, carrier selection, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers and 3PLs to ensure smooth receiving and inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment speed and customer experience.
• Partner with IT to optimize and automate WMS, OMS, and ERP systems.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience managing 3PL providers in a high-volume ecommerce or retail environment.
• Strong expertise in inbound, outbound, and inventory control within warehouse operations.
• Deep knowledge of fulfillment performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with WMS, OMS, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
• Must be based in Ontario, CA
