What you will do

• Process inbound and outbound shipments using SAP or other warehouse management tools.
• Handle domestic and international orders, ensuring accurate BOLs, packing slips, invoices, and labels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO practices, and discrepancy resolution.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment while adhering to 7S standards.
• Support Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams with kitting requests and consumables management.
• Participate in safety initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Austin, TX.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP/warehouse management systems.
• High School Diploma or GED (additional education in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus).
• Skill in handling high-value or fragile materials and palletizing.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
