What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants to foster accountability and growth.
• Oversee high-quality customer implementations, including data requirements gathering and technical platform configuration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to data formatting, system logic, and configuration workflows.
• Manage team utilization, delivery metrics, and overall project portfolio health.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align customer expectations and streamline delivery.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product enhancements and improve internal processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project delivery experience in a SaaS setting.
• Prior experience in a people management role.
• Ability to model customer workflows and articulate product configuration requirements and architecture.
• Strong Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, complex formulas) for data formatting and reporting.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL for on-site work.
