Salary: Base $170,000–$190,000 | OTE $190K–$215K

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of 6–8 Strategic Launch Managers overseeing high-ACV customer implementations.
• Set quality standards for strategic accounts from kickoff to go-live and mentor the team to maintain that bar.
• Operate as the senior point of contact to resolve escalations on the most strategic accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to define and scale the implementation model for upmarket growth.
• Systematize bespoke execution to create a repeatable and scalable delivery playbook.
• Improve leading indicators and early warning systems to identify risks and ensure reliable delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing implementation or delivery teams at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of building repeatable processes for high-variability enterprise engagements.
• Experience acting as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership to shape delivery at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience leading implementations with heavy reliance on 3rd-party API integrations.
• Exceptional data analysis skills to track metrics and inform strategic decisions.
