What you will do

• Own the full deployment lifecycle from initial kickoff through network connectivity and go-live.
• Direct AI agents to execute integrations, configure ontologies, and set up customer-specific front-end configurations.
• Coordinate network access and data source connectivity with customer IT stakeholders and internal engineering teams.
• Facilitate virtual kickoffs and working sessions to align stakeholders and establish project cadences.
• Conduct lean QA and training sessions to upskill customer points of contact for self-service engagement.
• Manage end-to-end permissions configuration, translating requirements into platform settings and validating outputs.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical project management, or customer-facing deployment roles.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
• Technical proficiency in data connectivity, credential management, and permissions structures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for structured, asynchronous updates.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects against tight timelines.
• Experience with public sector or government customers is a strong plus.
