What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to drive high performance.
• Ensure successful deployment of corporate impact solutions through consistent execution of methodologies.
• Monitor project health, implementation quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Act as an escalation point for complex projects and implementation challenges.
• Develop and refine implementation processes, standards, and tools to improve scalability.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance delivery and optimize team productivity.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, professional services, or SaaS delivery roles.
• 2-4 years of people leadership or team management experience.
• Must be based in the United States or Costa Rica.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience utilizing AI or automation technologies to increase operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with CSRconnect, GrantsConnect, or similar corporate social responsibility platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Certinia, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of corporate social impact, philanthropy, or nonprofit operations.
