Salary: $158,000 – $168,000 + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Adoption Strategists, including setting goals and performance reviews.
• Establish and refine team-level playbooks and engagement methodologies for client discovery and change management.
• Directly support the most technically complex accounts with use case scoping and proof-of-concept execution.
• Own team delivery metrics, including win rate, adoption outcomes, services revenue, and time to value.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership to handle strategic partnerships and escalations.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and headcount planning as client demand scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in AI/technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer success.
• 1–3 years of direct people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI platform (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Moveworks, Copilot).
• Proven ability to build team processes and scale a professional practice.
• Strong executive-facing communication skills for high-stakes escalations.
