What you will do

• Own technical customer relationships to ensure successful adoption and overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to define technical requirements for AI/ML workloads.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of complex programs, including planning, resource management, and risk assessment.
• Gather and communicate program requirements to Product Management and Engineering to influence product strategy.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, product, operations, support, and sales teams.
• Define and track KPIs to measure program success and drive operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, customer success, or professional services delivery focused on cloud infrastructure and AI/ML.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML, and high-performance computing (HPC).
• Proven track record of coordinating multiple teams to deliver complex projects for senior stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to obtain the required U.S. government export authorization.
• Strong communication skills for both long-form documentation and asynchronous communication.
