What you will do

• Lead teams of Implementation Managers and Technical Consultants as a subject matter expert on HiredScore products.
• Oversee hiring, training, mentorship, and professional development for the delivery team.
• Coach team leads to optimize performance and facilitate career growth.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for daily operations and client interactions.
• Drive application development scrum teams to deliver customer features and innovations.
• Design implementation plans that translate client business needs into operational requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a team lead for Technical Project, Implementation, or Professional Services Managers.
• 2+ years of experience managing other managers.
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale, external B2B SaaS deployments for enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written English communication skills.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Industry knowledge of the HR Tech sector.
• Familiarity with IT standards and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
