Location: Dunton, UK (On-site 5 days per week)

What you will do

• Support and maintain production-critical manufacturing and business applications to ensure operational continuity.
• Investigate, manage, and resolve application and system incidents.
• Perform system administration tasks, including patching, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, support procedures, and audit records.
• Support infrastructure and application projects from implementation through to operational handover.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting production-critical or business-critical applications.
• Strong system administration, troubleshooting, and analytical capabilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience.
• Must be clearable for Security Clearance (Baseline Personnel Security Standard).
• Willingness to provide occasional out-of-hours and weekend support.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive production environments.
• Knowledge of Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or Operational Technology (OT).
• Familiarity with ITIL or service management best practices.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.
