What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals across partnering, advisory, and talent acquisition.
• Partner with Directors and senior scientific leaders to deliver people solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
• Oversee daily HR operations and recruitment within a unique international research setting.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and sensitive people matters.
• Drive local organizational design, restructures, and change programs.
• Collaborate with the Staff Association and the wider Administration and Operations team.

Requirements

• Substantial experience as a senior HR generalist or senior HRBP with leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of managing complex employee relations with sound judgment.
• Ability to build credibility with senior scientific experts in an intellectually rigorous environment.
• Experience in change management or policy development at a functional level.
• Experience working in multicultural and matrix organizations.
• Fluent English language skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Workday or similar HR ERP systems.
• Experience in higher education, research, or international multi-country environments.
• Background in fast-paced R&D and technical sectors.
