What you will do

• Develop and lead the people strategy to support ambitious business growth.
• Take full ownership of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
• Manage employee relations and resolve employment law matters.
• Coach and support managers to build high-performing teams.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee HR systems, payroll inputs, benefits, and people reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head of People, Head of HR, Senior HRBP, or HR Manager.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong expertise in employment law.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Pragmatic, commercially minded, and solutions-focused approach.
