TL;DR

Organizational Change Specialist (HR): Supporting key change initiatives to help employees adopt new processes and technologies with an accent on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications. Focus on designing targeted messaging, conducting impact assessments, and developing training materials to support organizational transformation.

Location: Hybrid (Maple Plain, MN). Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or granted refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $67,400 - $89,800 a year

What you will do

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks and barriers.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Design and deliver targeted messaging plans and training materials in partnership with the L&D function.
• Track progress of change initiatives and report adoption rates and effectiveness to leadership.
• Support the growth of a Community of Practice to improve organizational approaches to change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in any industry or function.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and familiarity with AI technologies.
• Eligible for hire under ITAR regulations: U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, or granted refugee/asylee status only.
• Analytical mindset and a passion for helping people navigate organizational change.
