Sr. Project Manager - Operations (Project Planning, Risk & Change Mgmt.)

Location: Onsite in Coralville, Iowa; Fargo, North Dakota; Raleigh, North Carolina; or Madison, Wisconsin, United States.

Annual salary: $90,000–$105,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and deliver large strategic operations projects across multiple functions.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable business solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, resolving issues and escalating when appropriate.
• Provide project status reporting on milestones, risks, and delivery health.
• Ensure projects follow defined delivery methodologies, standards, and governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, operations, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Project management and Danaher Business System certification or equivalent knowledge.
• At least five years of project management experience is preferred.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Expertise in process improvement, operational change, continuous improvement, and manufacturing initiatives.
• Ability to work onsite at one of the listed United States locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with traditional, agile, or hybrid project management approaches.
• Five years of experience in a high-tech or biotech company.
• Ability to influence, motivate, foster collaboration, and assess performance across project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
