Project Manager (Information Technology)

Location: Remote; applicants must reside in the United States. Standard business hours; periodic travel may be required based on business and client needs.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution and completion.
• Define business goals, scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks with executive and operational sponsors.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, suppliers, subject matter experts, and third-party vendors throughout project delivery.
• Track project costs, revenues, expenses, resource utilization, schedules, documentation, risks, and delivery progress.
• Report project status and risks to clients and hirify.global leadership while serving as a primary client and stakeholder contact.
• Train project resources and coordinate site-specific training; support recruiting for new business opportunities and facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate degree and four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of professional experience in Information Technology or Manufacturing.
• At least one year of related operational leadership experience.
• At least one year of experience working within a quality-based operating system.
• Strong knowledge of team dynamics and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to balance client expectations with project scope, resources, timelines, and costs; coordinate work across internal resources, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive accountability while maintaining productive working relationships, adapt to organizational change, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Aptitude with Microsoft Office 365 and associated applications.
• Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and ways of working.
