Associate Software Engineer II (Infrastructure & Automation) (Infrastructure, RPA): Supporting and expanding enterprise automation solutions across Windows and Linux infrastructure with an accent on server administration, security patching, and troubleshooting. Focus on maintaining RPA platforms, developing scripts and applications, resolving system failures, and improving workflow efficiency.
Location: Remote within the USA; final-round interviews onsite at the Chattanooga, Tennessee headquarters

What you will do
- Support infrastructure powering the Robotic Process Automation platform and enterprise-wide automation solutions.
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualized infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document programs, subroutines, and scripts.
- Manage security patching, vulnerability remediation, firewall troubleshooting, and infrastructure performance events.
- Design and integrate moderately complex information systems and optimize capacity, response time, and availability.
- Support project teams, guide less-experienced programmers, and contribute as a technical or project lead on small to medium efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- At least 2 years of programming experience and 1 year of experience with IT concepts and application development methodologies.
- Windows and Linux server administration experience.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, password safes, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure, security patching, vulnerability remediation, firewall administration, DNS, TCP/IP, encryption, and SSL/TLS certificates.
- Experience with VMware, Azure or AWS, troubleshooting, and technical communication.
Nice to have
- UiPath RPA development and UiPath Cloud Components experience.
- Familiarity with Agile and Azure DevOps.
