Lead Talent Program Coordinator

TL;DR

Lead Talent Program Coordinator (HR/L&D): Planning, coordinating, and executing learning experiences for hirify.global Academy with an accent on operational excellence and learner experience. Focus on leading high-priority Academy programs, mentoring coordination staff, and optimizing Workday Learning administration.

Location: Must be based at hirify.global's Tampa Headquarters in Ybor City, Florida (minimum four days per week in office)

Salary: $24.86 - $37.31 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of high-profile enterprise learning programs for hirify.global Academy.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Learning Experience Coordinators to ensure consistent execution standards.
• Manage onsite logistics, venue readiness, and participant communications for learning events.
• Administer Workday Learning, including course setup, enrollment, attendance tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with Event Planning and Instructional Design teams to create seamless and engaging learner experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement of coordination tools, templates, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, training delivery support, or event management.
• Must be based in Tampa, FL and work primarily from the office (min. 4 days/week).
• Experience coordinating large-scale onsite learning experiences or leadership programs.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning or similar learning management systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
