What you will do

• Execute core HR processes to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and support.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and 401(k) contributions with high accuracy.
• Support compliance essentials such as I-9s, state registrations, and leave paperwork.
• Coordinate logistics for performance review cycles and recurring people programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR or People Ops role.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Solid working knowledge of the HR lifecycle including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the People Ops function.
