Focus on executing strategic talent initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance across multiple client accounts.

Location: Must be based in St. Louis, MO or Chicago, IL, USA

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

What you will do

• Partner with regional leadership to execute strategic talent reviews, development, and succession planning.
• Develop and integrate leadership development tools and management training for key talent segments.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build talent pipelines and participate in interviews for key roles.
• Manage compensation initiatives, including benchmarking, title mapping, and job grading.
• Provide counsel on employee relations, discipline, harassment, and legal compliance (FMLA, ADA, Wage and Hour Law).
• Conduct on-site internal investigations and prepare comprehensive findings reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in human resources.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to influence managers in virtual and local environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office suite applications.
• Ability to work from St. Louis, MO or Chicago, IL.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
