What you will do

• Develop AI-powered analytics solutions and intelligent tools to deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Design and build dynamic dashboards and decision-support applications using Power BI and Power Platform.
• Leverage LLMs and AI agents to synthesize structured and unstructured data via Azure AI Foundry, Fabric, and Snowflake.
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based approaches to ensure explainable and scalable AI outcomes.
• Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear business narratives to support commercial strategy and growth.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate insights generation through AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience in data analytics (or 11+ years with a High School diploma/GED).
• 4+ years of experience with SQL, data analysis, AI/ML concepts, and BI tools.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience building effective AI agents and applying AI to business use cases.
• 1+ year of experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Fabric, or Snowflake.
• 3+ years of experience translating data into business insights and executive-ready storytelling.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice to have

• Power BI PL-300 Certification.
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience evaluating and comparing AI models (e.g., Claude, GPT) for reasoning and automation tasks.
• Experience working with healthcare-specific data and KPIs.
