Location: Must live in the Orlando, Florida area, or within commuting distance to Orlando studios. Hybrid work model (Remote Fridays, On-site Mon-Thu).

Salary: $80k - $90k + bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Head Coaches and fitness teams across the region.
• Ensure studios deliver a premium workout experience including proper technique, safety, and brand standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of coaching staff: recruitment, auditioning, hiring, certifying, and onboarding.
• Conduct regular class observations, fitness audits, and performance reviews with actionable feedback.
• Monitor performance indicators such as class utilization, attendance, and member retention to improve results.
• Partner with regional leadership to optimize class schedules and coaching payroll efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in the fitness industry.
• Multi-unit leadership experience (strongly preferred).
• Current nationally accredited personal training or group fitness certification.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Deep knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and heart rate-based interval training.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an Orangetheory Head Coach or Regional Fitness Leader.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, or a related field.
