Scrum Master (LATAM)

TL;DR

Scrum Master (LATAM) (Agile project management): Overseeing internal IT projects throughout their lifecycle with an accent on sprint planning, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, and delivery tracking. Focus on coordinating multiple projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, and using Jira and Asana to support predictable execution.

Location: 100% remote; the role is aligned to 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST. Candidates from Latin American countries are targeted, and qualified candidates worldwide may be considered.

What you will do

• Serve as Scrum Master for internal project teams and plan sprints and tasks in Jira.
• Provide project performance, schedule, resource, and Scrum reports to senior management.
• Manage stakeholders, project documentation, scope, schedules, budgets, and delivery constraints.
• Build short- and long-term plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and delegate tasks.
• Identify risks, monitor project performance, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors using Jira, Confluence, Asana, and related project tools.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Scrum Master experience in consulting or professional services.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience with product and/or software development processes and resource management.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
• Excellent written and spoken English; availability during 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST is required.
