What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile ways of working.
• Identify and remove impediments while fostering self-organization, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support backlog management, prioritization, and user story definition with Product Owners.
• Monitor sprint progress and delivery metrics in Jira, and continuously improve Agile processes.
• Improve alignment between development teams, business stakeholders, and external software vendors.

Requirements

• University degree requiring at least four years of higher education or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 8 years of professional experience after higher education and 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, events, roles, and artifacts, with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Practical Jira experience, including boards, backlogs, sprint reports, and burndown charts.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, delivery processes, scaled Agile frameworks, and distributed multicultural teamwork.
• At least one recognized Agile or Scrum certification is required, such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, A-CSM, CSP-SM, EXIN Agile Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or an equivalent certification.
