What you will do

• Provide day-to-day management guidance for scrum teams, including quality monitoring and SME-level inputs.
• Manage project execution against the project plan: resources, timelines, progress tracking, and detailed metrics/dashboards (including burn-down charts).
• Run scaled agile processes and ceremonies efficiently (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and drive actionable improvements.
• Plan and support Sprint and Build releases across environments; coordinate with Test and CM Manager and collect/maintain release documents.
• Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning in accordance with SAFe and align with VA VIP process; manage dependencies and escalation of risks/issues.
• Serve as primary liaison with the client and collaborate with Business Analyst and Program Manager on weekly/iteration-based and quarterly reporting.

Requirements

• EDI domain expertise required (eBilling, ePharmacy & eInsurance) and experience supporting EDI standards (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278, NCPDP) for HIPAA-compliant EDI solutions.
• 10 years of experience supporting software development programs.
• 5 years of experience leading a program using LeSS or SAFe (required).
• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development, including risk/issues management and leading scrum teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scaled Agile frameworks and toolsets such as SAFe and Jira (roadmaps, dashboards, reports).
• Ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation.
