What you will do

• Lead agile software projects from conception to release, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage the portfolio intake pipeline end-to-end, ensuring triaged submissions and adherence to the single-path intake rule.
• Track and analyze agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and sprint burndown to drive data-informed decisions.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility in Jira, including dashboards, initiative statuses, and health scorecards.
• Coordinate cross-portfolio dependencies and escalate unresolved conflicts to the Delivery Manager or Portfolio Owner.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Must be based in the USA and able to work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
• Advanced experience leading large web-based software projects and delivering new products.
• Experience managing intake, capacity, and delivery visibility in a portfolio or program management context.
• Proficiency with Jira for portfolio tracking, board management, and reporting.
• Advanced understanding of agile principles across both sprint-based and Kanban teams.

Nice to have

• CSM or PMI-ACP certification.
• Knowledge of software engineering, databases, analytics, reporting, and cloud concepts.
