Project Manager (Blockchain)

Location: Remote (Global) or Hybrid/Onsite in Tbilisi, Georgia. Relocation support to Georgia is provided.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate resources for developer teams, managing sprints, releases, and task prioritization.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product, QA, and Analytics.
• Facilitate communication via daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and stakeholder synchronization.
• Optimize development processes by monitoring performance metrics such as SLA, SLO, and MTTR.
• Prepare transparent reporting on project status, risks, and KPIs for both business and technical teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Middle Project Manager in IT, preferably in blockchain or administration.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and other methodologies like Kanban or SAFe.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams and monitoring performance.
• Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and technical efficiency metrics.
• English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required for technical documentation and client negotiations.

• Experience working with distributed or multinational teams.
