TL;DR
Project Manager (Blockchain): Coordinating development tasks, deadlines, resources, and releases for exchange infrastructure with an accent on Agile planning, CI/CD processes, and cross-functional team leadership. Focus on optimizing delivery workflows, resolving technical blockers, analyzing SLA/SLO and MTTR metrics, and improving operational efficiency.
Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, with an option to work from the office in Tbilisi. Relocation support to Tbilisi is available.

What you will do
- Coordinate tasks, deadlines, priorities, sprints, releases, and incidents for one or more developer teams.
- Plan and allocate resources while balancing business requirements with technical implementation and infrastructure constraints.
- Facilitate stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and communication between development, QA, and stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and blockers while supporting team motivation, ownership, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor release frequency, recovery time, SLA, and other performance metrics; identify bottlenecks and optimize Agile, CI/CD, and monitoring processes.
- Prepare reports on project status, risks, resource utilization, and KPIs for business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Middle Project Manager or higher in IT, preferably in blockchain projects or administration.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including Developers, Product, QA, and Analytics specialists.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and other agile methodologies, including Kanban and SAFe.
- Understanding of exchange development, development, testing, operations, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, plus project efficiency metrics such as SLA, SLO, and MTTR.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher for technical documentation and negotiations with English-speaking clients and teams.

- Strong facilitation, conflict-management, team-motivation, analytical, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
