What you will do

• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) processes and guide customers through technical onboarding.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for customer and business leaders on architecture and best practices.
• Partner with account executives to lead technical discovery and product demonstrations.
• Gather customer feedback to influence the product, UX, and DX roadmaps.
• Host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for various stakeholders.
• Improve public-facing documentation based on direct user feedback.

Requirements

• Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
• High energy and a high-ownership mindset comfortable with ambiguity.
• Currently based in the US Central or East Coast time zone.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with secrets management tools or DevSecOps infrastructure.
• Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
• Past involvement in developer communities or public speaking.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, DevRel).
• Experience supporting enterprise accounts and technical stakeholders.
